Documentation is done by everyone which want to do it! The wiki is currently closed to registered only users to avoid spam and misinformation. If you want to write some part of this wiki, tell us and we will give you access.
There is also a technical documentation.

OSClass is available in several languages, that is possible with your help and the help of lot of other users who translated OSClass. You could sign up and start translating OSClass to your favourite language!
